Built in 1939, 720 Fort Washing Avenue features large apartments, arched entryways and beautiful wooden floors. The lobby features a mural created via FDR’s works projects that depicts the Revolutionary War’s battle of Fort Washington. PRC Management managed the historical co-op on behalf of the co-op board, maintaining the building to the highest standards of quality.
