Originally built in 1899 as a five-story apartment building, 813 Park Avenue was expanded to 12 stories in the early 80s prior to ultimatley being converted into three-ultra luxury quadplex townhomes. PRC Management was engaged by a private individual to assist in the management of the three apartments.
