PRC was selected by the Trenton Housing Authority to be the private co-development partner as part of a Choice Neighborhood grant application for the North Trenton / Battle Monument neighborhood. The project centers around Donnelly Homes, a 376 unit public housing complex, which is slated to be demolished and replaced with 567 new apartment units
