Rehabilitation of 29 NYCHA buildings comprised of 1,673 units in the East New York neighborhood of Brooklyn. Business plan involves renovating the vast majority of units with tenants-in-place including full abatement to achieve lead-free status. Financed utilizing RAD, Part 200 as well historic tax credit equity, the project will be transformative for this public housing community.
