The fifth and final portfolio that PRC recapitalized in the 2010s, PRC Andrews is made up of four buildings and 246 units in the Morrisania section of the Bronx. Like the other four portfolios renovated this cycle, the tenant-in-place rehabilitation project was completed on time and on budget and successfully converted in 2017.
