RAD conversion and rehabilitation of 203 dwelling units in two senior residences in New Rochelle, NY. PRC was designated as co-developer with the New Rochelle Municipal Housing Authroity through a competitive RFP process. Project features new community rooms, laundry facilities and outdoor space for the benefit of the residents.
