PRC Simpson Street is a portfolio of 12 buildings and 299 affordable rental units located in the Longwood neighborhood in the Bronx. The project based section 8 portfolio represented the first of five similar portfolios that PRC would renovate through tenant in place rehabiliations between 2011 and 2017.
