Originally built in 1834 as a psychiatric institution, PRC management was engaged to assist in the rehabiliation of the historic structure into a part rehab / part ground up luxury residential community. PRC assisted in the design process as well as overseeing the lease up and all compliance matters including the installation of a 400 kW fuel cell used to meet the majority of the building’s energy needs.
